  “Curtsey”: Toasts from Rye Bread with Beet and Gar

Ingredients

? loaf rye bread
1 medium beet
6-8 cloves garlic
1 table spoon mayonnaise


Method
Slightly wet slices of rye bread and fry them in vegetable oil. Mix coarsely grated boiled beet with crushed garlic and mayonnaise. Put the mixture over the bread slices.

  “Dark” Sandwich with Vegetables

Ingredients

2 medium turnips
2 table spoons butter or margarine
? processed cheese
1 table spoon chopped greens


Method
Peel the turnip, rinse well, ring it thin and place the rings on a dish. Add processed cheese and greens to the margarine, mix and beat the mixture thoroughly to make an even, not lumpy filling. With a teaspoon, put the filling over the turnip rings. You may decorate the sandwiches with fresh or canned apples and berries as well as nuts.

  “Good Bye, America!”: Flaky Sandwich with Canned F

Ingredients



Method
Cut wheat bread crumb into 12 slices, place them in forms and cover with slices of cheese. Using a fork, rub canned fish (tunny or salmon) together with mayonnaise. Put this mass over the cheese and cover with the remaining bread. Beat an egg together with milk, sprinkle with salt, add mustard, finely chopped green onions. Pour the mixture into the forms, as well. Bake in an oven over low heat until golden-brown.

  Fried Ham Sandwiches

Ingredients

For each sausage:
1 small tomato
1 bunch parsley


Method
Slice tomatoes into thin pieces. Add salt and pepper. Slice sausage across into 2-3 long pieces. Fry with butter in pan for 2 min. Add tomatoes and fry for another 2-3 min on a medium flame. Serve sausage with tomatoes on a plate covered with parsley. For stronger taste serve with grated fresh garlic.

  Sandwich with Cheese, Fruit and Vegetables

Ingredients

2 apples
? pack processed cheese
1 table spoon grated beet (not boiled)
2 cloves garlic


Description
This is just one example of a non-standard sandwich with an apple instead of bread but in fact, you can make sandwiches of all kinds using your imagination. Prepare various paste fillings from a wide range of meat, fish, vegetables and other products and decorate your sandwiches with spicy greens, vegetables and edible wild herbs. Do not use too much butter in meat or fish feelings (which contain a lot of fat already). When you are trying hard to get a better flavor or “look” of a sandwich, make sure it is also good for your health. A sandwich with salad leaves and greens look particularly good.

Method
Ring the well-rinsed apples. Combine the grated beet, well-rinsed редис, pieces of processed cheese and finely shredded garlic. Decorate the apples rings with this mixture trying to preserve the color range to make the sandwiches look brighter. Serve on a dish with greens and fruit.

  Sausage and Vegetable Sandwich with Greens

Ingredients

2 slices rye bread
1 table spoon boiled sausage (finely cubed)
1 teaspoon fresh carrot (finely grated)
1 teaspoon finely shredded leaves of plantain
1 teaspoon soured cream


Method
Mix the boiled sausage, carrot, and finely shredded plantain. Dress with the soured cream or any sort of vegetable oil and put over thin slices of bread.
