  Meat Cutlets with Rabbit

Ingredients

500 g meat
200 g spices
20 g parsley
1 table spoon sour cream
1 table spoon semolina
salt to taste


Method
Pour boiling water over the spices. Wait till it gets cold, them wring it out and chop finely. Rinse and shred the parsley (or dill). Peel the onion and grind with the meat. Combine with the greens, salt, sour cream and mix it thoroughly. Form it into cutlets, roll in bream crumbs and fry in vegetable oil.

  Rabbit Baked in Sour Cream

Ingredients

1 rabbit
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic
lemon juice
sour cream


Method
Cut the rabbit into chunks, sprinkle with salt and pepper, stuff with garlic, pour lemon juice over the chunks and keep in a cold place/in the col/refrigerate them for 8-10 hours Place the pickled rabbit chunks on a baking dish or a deep stewing pan, cover them with sour cream and bake in an oven. You may also pickle the meat in pomegranade juice but in this case you should bake it without sour cream and serve with a garlic and sour cream sauce or with horse-radish and sour cream.
